  2. Hello, first time board user so go easy on me. I need to create a report that shows the approvers for change tickets. From the ticket, I can get to the approver name by selecting, in order: Additional Info tab, Config. Items, and from there selecting the application name. That brings up the configuration item detail info which shows the approvers name. We user Crystal Reports 2008 for repoting, but I could use either Crystal or SQL if I understood the linking required. Any suggestions would be VERY appreciated as I'm stumped. Thanks much! mark
