  1. How do commands pdm_load, pdm_userload and pdm_extract work exactly? What happens in the back end when the commands run?

We are recently seeing issues with our existing PDM_LOAD program which loads/updates/adds contact records This is happening when the input file is larger than 1000 records, earlier it used to work fine without issues and we have processed more than 30,000 records and this is not consistent, the error that appears in log file is - ERROR: Lost connection to DB Agent. Exiting... Script è /export/home/dservice/ca_contact_update.ksh Executing è /usr/bin/pdm_load -v -u -f ca_contact_update_fail.dbnx >> /export/home/dservice/ca_contact_update_log 2>&1 Using input file ca_contact_update_fail.dbnx which was built from SYNC1202.txt built by imported from another application. Returning message ERROR: Lost connection to DB Agent. Exiting... at end of update log But when the process is triggered again, it works fine. Any help on this will be appreciated. Let me know if you need more details.

Hi, When I create a new CI manually I get the error AHD05519:Error in MDB Registration: (MDB and ca_owned_resource are not consistent; asset_source_uuid(2FE396DD67D0F7419A4343DE9D3627B5) not found in ca_owned_resource table ) The thing is I had CI with the same name, then I removed it with pdm_load. Now when I try to create CI with that name I get this error. Could it help if I create this CI with GRLoader? Please help!
