  1. Hi all, I need to know how to add a contact list in a configuration item. I found only how to insert a primary contact. Can sombody help me? Thanks in advice.
  2. Hi everyone, I'm very new to SDM and I'm stuck on a customization. We have some custom contact fields in ci_location. I need to show those fields in the Quick Profile screen, as well as the Customer Profile tab for requests. Since I couldn't figure out how to look up the CI using its base_location and add it to the contact screens, I added a field to ca_location referencing its CI. Schema Code: TABLE ca_location {zci_location UUID REF ca_owned_resource ;} Mod Code: OBJECT loc {ATTRIBUTES ca_location {zci_location SREL nr ;} ;} ; I also added the lookup from the location detail page to add in some data. This part works fine. I know it's an awkward way to go about it, but I don't know much about SDM, and this was the only way I could think to accomplish this link. Next I added the custom contact field to the request Customer Profile tab and the contact detail Address tab (cr_profile_tab.htmpl and cnt_addr_tab.htmpl), like below: <PDM_MACRO NAME=dtlLookup hdr="RS LAN Admin" attr=customer.location.zci_location.assoc_locx.zsupport_contact7_uuid> This part also works great! It shows the contact's name like expected. But then I tried to add the field to the Quick Profile page, profile_infocnt.htmpl: <TD ALIGN=LEFT class=detailro>$dobref.location.zci_location.assoc_locx.zsupport_contact7_uuid </TD> This part doesn't work. I've tried specifying a contact field like combo_name or even just first_name and they don't work either. I just get "(Unable to access value)" in the column. 1.) Is there a better way to get the locx fields on the contact screens using base_location to look it up? 2.) Why does my current setup work for the contact profile and address tabs but not quick profile? What's different about the $dobref object that keeps me from getting the data and what do I need to do instead to get it?
