Hi All I'm trying to enhance the Change Workflow tasks "CAB CONSOLE" (orderwf_approval_console.htmpl) view by wanting to add a tab/s to show the attachments and property questions and answers/values for a change When I just indicate <PDM_MACRO name=tab title="Attachments1" height=300 id=attmnt src="xx_attmnt_tab.htmpl"> it shows all attachments, I need some help with the src="????" part of the requirement to show associated attachments and another tab to show associated properties for the specific change order being viewed. In 'detail_chg.html' it is displayed as ... <PDM_MACRO name=tab title="Attachments" height=300 id=attmnt src="OP=SHOW_DETAIL+HTMPL=xx_attmnt_tab.htmpl+FACTORY=chg+PERSID=$args.persistent_id+NO_DP=yes"> But this does not work. Using WF also not, I need to build the relationship If at all possible, does anybody have a knowledge document on how to construct these, to understand and be able to build future requirements. Can anybody please help. Thank you Jacques
Hi guys, How can I set the status of the Change Order after all change tasks are approved? The Change order tasks aren't sequential and can be approved at any time, they don't obey an order. What I need to do is when all tasks are approved, the status of the change order is set to a specific one. (Approved) If one task are rejected, the status still pending. Only if all tasks are approved, the new status are set. The Analyst can insert a new task manually when they are creating the change order. I'm not using the 'Group start task' and 'Group end task'. How can I do this? Regards.
Hi my friends, I'm testing the change module in CA SDM 14.1, mainly the behavior of the classic flow of workflow tasks. In my organization, change tasks are manually entered (button: Insert tasks) into a change request, they are not linked to change categories. Analysts create the tasks with the necessary information and assign to a group, this group has a person who approves or does not approve them. What I need to do is that at the end of all tasks are approved, the change order will set to a specific status. The action macro to set the status of the change order is ok. My difficulty is in control, whether all the tasks have been approved or not. What I thought of doing was to create an event with an action macro that set the status of the change order, and that the condition of the event is, verify if all the tasks in that respective change order have been approved, yes or no. If yes, the condition was accepted, and the macro will be executed. If any task is rejected, then the change order will go to another status (rejected) Sometimes the change order can have from 3 to 8 tasks. The amount of the tasks varies. Can I create a condition that verifies that all tasks have been approved? Thank you so much. Regards.
