  1. Hey Vladimir! I'm not the strongest at C these days (I've been using Python for my API calls), but I would probably approach it by using a call to create a request, then using the returned data to grab the request # to make a second call to create the attachment. createRequest or createTicket (depending on your use-case) createAttachment https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/14-1/reference/ca-service-desk-manager-reference-commands/technical-reference/web-services-methods.html
  2. Hey sourav! I've done some calls lately with success and would be happy to help. Can you post some of your code so I can see how you're structuring your requests (and what language you're using)? What version of Service Desk are you using? Do you just need help creating a ServiceDesk user? This might help, if so: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/17-1/administering/administering-ca-service-management/manage-users.html This is linked in the Communities thread you posted, but here's the guide on CASD Web Services: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/14-1/reference/ca-service-desk-manager-reference-commands/technical-reference/web-services-methods.html
  3. Hi Raj! I'm pretty late to the party here, but I've recently been working with REST API. Are you still having problems with this? What version of SD are you running?
