  1. I'm trying to add a Solution checker in my workflow task transition so the users won't be able to move to the next task if they haven't logged a solution in the request ticket yet. I initially thought that adding a site-defined condition cr.solution is no Empty\NULL will do the trick but it seems that cr.solution field is not getting populated even if a solution is created in the ticket. Would there be a way to achieve this without using SPEL code as I'm trying to make this modification without any SDM restart.
  2. Hi, We are currently facing an issue where employee role users are unable to save their request tickets because they are getting an error "AHD05807:One or more Properties require value". There are 25 properties in the Request Area but only 23 properties are visible only which is why they are unable to save the request. Have anyone tried to increase the max properties visible on employee role? or am I missing something still? Thank you!

  4. Hi Everyone, I'm currently trying to create a Request ticket using text api command, but i have to add an attachment on the ticket. I was successful in creating the tickets but every time I do so I'm getting an error with my attachment. C:\Users\vmontano\Desktop>pdm_text_cmd -f test1.txt -u ServiceDesk -t REQUEST AHD58021:Successfully Created Request 916315. AHD52001:Problem occurred trying to attach file , see log for details. Original Input: %PRIORITY=5 %DESCRIPTION=Testing with atachment %SUMMARY=Testing whether it works or not %LOg= This should work now %GROUP=TEST %ATTACHMENT=C:\Users\vmontano\Desktop\QUERY.txt %FROM_USERID=ServiceDesk Here's what the log says: 02/20 06:44:29.81 XXXXXXX spelsrvr 5516 ERROR text_api.spl 347 tapi_add_attachment() Unable to locate repository. Cannot add attachments. I made sure that the path I use for my attachment is correct and existing, or are there any specific directory the command can only take an attachment from?.
