Hellowe have classic workflow implemented in Request Management in servicedesk 17.1 having 16 workflow tasks in each categoryTask 1--> Manager (Approved or Reject)Task 2--> HRO (Approved or Reject)Task 3--> Finance (Complete or Hold)and so on...On task 2 approval, HRO team should attach a required document and then approve the task other wise not. If any of the HRO team member approves the task without attaching the document it should not approve and display a popup message or any written msg "Please attach a document then Approve"Please how can i achieve that?what condition should be in there in below pdm_if for HRO task.? Please help<PDM_IF "$args.task.sym" == 'HRO'></PDM_IF>

Hi Team I got below spel from communities for location base grouping so that when ever location is selected by the user in ticket page , same group should also select. for Instance, Location : CC WCC LHR GROUP: CC WCC LHR Location : CC RWP GROUP: CC RWP Whenever location cc wcc lhr or cc rwp then the group will assign the same. so it will work same location n group name. spel code below, (zRegion is custom field of location) this.group = (uuid)expand(format("&{'%s' = grp.last_name->id}", this.zRegion.name)); Please help where to add this spel in mods--> majic folder, there are some files, in which files i need to add this spel? Autoassignment will not work for me as we have hundred of endusers and we cannot assign their location in contact.

Hello Team we have a requirement that if the incident ticket priority is 1 then sms shoot to the respective people available in the group. i believe this can be done from some sms gateway . but in servicedesk where should i place the code or what things need to me modify in servicedesk custom files?
