When filling this information in detail_cr, I need this phone data to be recorded in the phone_number attribute in the cnt factory.   2. Hey guys! We are using SDM r12.7! My client needs to discriminate on the request form the number of services being requested, for it i created an attribute called "quantity service", this attribute will be filled to enable a tab with fields for description of each service. I tried this using the properties of the category, but the solution was not accepted. I researched for some javascripts to perform the activity, i found one and created a new tab form with this javscript and a button to add the field. Can tell what I'm doing wrong? Thank you so much! The problem is that when this field is populated in the form of status update the information included in this field are not transferred to the incident form. The problem occurs when the analyst clicks in the edit button; this time the resolution code field is completely blank, with no information.   5. I try to search the tenant attribute on the detail_forms and detail_in form to apply this javascript, but there´s no any reference to the tenant combo_name or something like that. The solution is only apply a Data Partition to rescrtic the analys to view only a especific value. I try to use "tenant = 'CLIENT'" on constraint, but the data partition dos not accept the values. Anyone can help me?!

I had thought of doing a data partition for this case, the only problem is that the client requested that the "tenant" field appear in detail_in form, but the field should be automatically loaded with a specific value and locked. In this SDM client have about 24 tenants. :wacko:

  9. Mitu Thanks for the reply! I have set up a data partition for the specific function; I left it as the only view the fields urgency and impact. Left their tables with the value is null for the two cases! The client accepted this way and found the best solution! Thank you again!
  10. Hi Abhi Syn, thanx for the response!! I do not want to disable the entire Matrix, I want only a specific form does not compute the values of impact and urgency, these fields will be readonly. The analyst who´s opening the ticket can not make any changes in these fields. I comment with "//" all the arguments of priority calculation and make the fields readonly, but when the page opens a new ticket the scroll bar does not load, just because I have disabled some attributes. Im lost!! =(
  11. Hey guys!! Anyone knows how i can inactivate the fields "Urgency", "Impact" and the priority matrix? When i comment these fields and the respective functions of calculation, the fields are suppressed but the scroll bar no longer appears on the page when the ticket is opened. There are some specific function that calculates the urgency and impact that I can just turn off and have no more problems with the page? I greatly appreciate the help!!
