  1. I have tried this code in detail_in.htmpl page and it made the status field read only and then follow the below steps to create the ticket and found the same issue. 1- Click in new incident option and fill all the required field and then before clicking on save button, selected the update status option from Activity. And then on New status field , typed the assigned status and then click on accept button and then on the main incident detail page click on save button now incident saved in Assigned status. This is the issue I am facing that incident is raised on assigned except new status. Thanks, Manish
  2. Thanks for your reply . Will it also prevent to update the status from the update status activity form (Activity-update status) to assigned status on first time saving the ticket. Thanks, Manish
  3. Dear team, I have observed analyst are updating the status of the ticket while raising the ticket (New to Assigned). Let say when they create the ticket after filling all the detail and before saving the ticket they select the update status from activity option and put the status as assigned over there and then save the ticket. So in this case ticket is raised with assigned status . I want to prevent this option, ticket always should be New status only. Please let me know how to achieve this. Thanks, Manish

Hi Estilo, I have updated the default mapping of attribute for LDAP and updated the user's and authentication search filter in CA EEM, so that CA EEM search only the active user ids from the active directory and authenticate the same. It seems to be working, still testing the functionality. User search filter- (&(objectCategory=user)(!(objectClass=computer))(!(UserAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))) Authentication search filter- (&(objectClass=user)(!(objectClass=computer))(sAMAccountName=*)(!(UserAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2, {username}- }} Thanks, Manish
  5. Hi Estli01, Thanks for your response. No, we have simple user id without domain which is used to login in CA Service desk. Do we have any such option or search criteria where CA EEM only looks active record from active directory. Thanks, Manish
  6. Dear, I am using CA EEM and it is integrated with two active directory. I am receiving this error for some of the users 'EE_SPONSORERROR iSponsor ErrorISE_METHODNOTALLOWED wrong GET/POST semantics'. I have found that duplicate user id exist in both the active directory, Let say if my user id is 'A12345' then it exist in both the active directory and user is not able to login in CA service desk manager and getting above error in the stdlog for this user id. When I checked in AD then user id is disabled in other active directory and CA EEM is pulling the disabled user id also. Is there any way to search the active records in CA EEM so that only active user id gets authenticated in CA Service desk manager to avoid this error. Please help me. Thanks, Manish

  11. Dear Team, I have an requirement to hide specific group once a list of particular categories is selected. Ex- Once a ticket is created with one of the listed categories, users should not be able to transfer the ticket to specific group, So i need to hide one group from the list of group so that ticket will not be transferred to that bin. I have tried with pdm_if tag in the detail_cr page but it is not working. Please help me. Thanks, Manish

Hi Team, I want to populate the survey feedback link in the incident detail page from the notification history ,not getting any schema attribute which has this info and can be mapped in the detail page. Hi, I want to build the SSO functionality in our environment, we are using couple of tools like CA Service desk,CA SOI,CA Spectrum,CA eHealth and all are integrated with CA EEM and EEM is integrated to Active directory. I have gone through one document CA EEM SDK guide and found that it can be implemented using the NTLM as i am not sure, we can implement using NTLM I want to install the CA EEM SDK but i am not getting the installer anywhere.
