HI i do the customization as create the custom table for subroot cause and create the Srel attribute in Detail_in.htmpl. now the root cause and sub root cause is mapped but i need to do two steps 1- select the root cause first and then save the ticket 2- edit the ticket again and then again select the subroot. there is any way that i will select the both in edit mode regards arif
