  1. Hello mikelm, I created an HTML template file and in the code I read this file with text reader methods and use this text as messageBody in the method. When I check the received mail, it is in plain text format and html tags are ignored.   2. Hello, We are sending e-mail notifications to customers in some situations. For some reasons we couldn't use notification macros and created a code using ServiceDesk web service to send notifications. Code use "notifyContacts" method in the web service. We want to send HTML formatted e-mails with this method but couldn't succeed in it. How can HTML formatted mails can be send with notifyContacts method? Thanks, Umut

  4. Hello, We are using r12.6 version of ServiceDesk. There are some change order categories having more than 25 workflow tasks. In these Change orders' detail pages, you should click "View all" button to see all workflow tasks in one page. Is there a solution to see all workflow tasks in one page without any need to click "View All" button. Thanks, Umut
  5. Hello, I want to add a notification rule to "Initial" activity for Requests/Incident/Problems to send mail to the all contacts of CI's responsible organization. As I know,contacts have a BREL relation with CI. That's why I cannot add a static definion for these contacts into the "Object Contacts" of the notification rule. Is there anyone who has been able to notify all contacts in the responsible organization of CI for "Initial" activity. Thanks, Umut

  9. Hello, In for example detail_iss_wf.htmpl file, I want to get the value "status" dropdown field. I will use it in preSaveTrigger() function for some controls. How can I do it? Should I use "document.getElementById"? If so how can I find the correct id? Thanks, Umut

  11. Hello Mitu, I actually do not know how to call a custom script in a notification rule. When defining a new notification rule, we have specify a "Message Template". And all you can define is an e-mail content,as I know,whether you set notify level to "High". Where do we have to specify that we will call another script,not send an e-mail? Thanks, Umut

  13. Hello mbraemer, Thank you for your opinion but in my case, tickets are opened&closed via NSM Integration. So, analysts do not manually create closed tickets. The interesting thing is, two different problem objects having same criteria(affected end user,affected resource etc.),but one has successful events-other one has cancelled events. This is very confusing. Umut
  14. Hello, I'm running a script for "Close" activity for R/I/P with "Run the Event Script" macro. An event is triggered after "Close" activity with a 00:00:07 delay. This works correct but not always:( Sometimes this event seems "Cancelled" when I check the event history. But sometimes it is seems "Completed". What can cause an event to "Cancel"? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks, Umut

I wrote another spl code for preventing the update of workflow task while issue is unassigned. .mod file is: MODIFY iss_wf POST_VALIDATE zisswf_kontrol2() 48 FILTER(status == 'IKNEDILEMEDI'||status=='IKNAEDILDI'); .spl file is: iss_wf::zisswf_kontrol2(...) { send_wait( 0, this, "get_attr_vals", 1, "iss.assignee.last_name"); string assig; assig=msg[3]; logf(SIGNIFICANT,"Assignee is:%s",assig); if(is_null(assig)) { set_return_data(0, format("%s", "Issue is unassigned.")); set_error(1); return; } } While this spl file is on, the other macro does not transfer the issue. When I remove this .spl and .mod files and recycle SD and test the mecro,the issue is transferred successfully. There is something conflicting with these two modifications but I cannot find it:( Do you see any problem with them? Thank you very much, Umut
