Service Desk Manager 12.5 and Live Automation issue

The Link in the email notification to an end user gives an error after the end user logs in. This is part of an upgrade from SDM 12.1 and SDM 12.5.



Here is the Error:

AHD04407:CA Service Desk Manager html generation error. Could not find or

process 'detail_sa_user_route_join_session_edit.htmpl'.

AHD04714:Unable to open file detail_sa_user_route_join_session_edit.htmpl at

?: No such file or directory (2) userid=065280

I have verified that the files are not on my SDM Server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
