Issue with notification variable

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

is it possible that in version 17.2. CUM3 is an issue with notification variables e.q. @{analyst.combo_name}, @{analyst.first_name}, @{analyst.last_name}? It shows everytime a blank line. All other variables still work fine.

Any ideas?

thanks a lot.

According to my research ( thanks @mikelm :) ) isn´t it possible to use that variable, because the value is not stored in the database.

my solution so far:

var argCstFirstName ="$cst.first_name";
var argCstLastName ="$cst.last_name";

function addGreeting(event) {
    if (document.getElementById("df_4_0").selectedIndex != "0")
    var targ = event.target || event.srcElement;
	document.getElementById("df_3_0").value = "";
    document.getElementById("df_3_0").value += "\nKing regards\n\n" + argCstFirstName + " " + argCstLastName  + "\nServiceDesk" || targ.innerText;

Event handler for personals responses:

_dtl.eventHandler = "onblur='add_response(selectedIndex);addGreeting(event);' onchange='reset_resp_on_blur_flag()'";
