conditionally highlight activity logs in detail_cr/in

Hi everyone,

i have requirement to highlight all the new activity logs on the logs tab in detail_cr/detail_in.

the scenario is like this: 

New logs considered to be all logs that the analyst ( or any other analyst in his group) haven't read yet. 

once an analyst open the ticket ,  he should see the newly logs highlighted , once he review the logs they should be unhighlighted.

i think the way to do this involves using  lsWrite

can you give me some guidelines on how to go about this.

Service Desk does not record when someone has looked at a ticket, only when someone updates the ticket.. So there is no way of knowing if an Analyst has seen or not seen the logs.
