New to this product need to create a report

Hello,

First day trying to find tables that I need for my report,

All I need is the query with all the tables from Request screen including all the dropdowns (I need to count how many open requests I have per each group per school)

Can somebody have something like that ?

You can find all this information in the CA Service Desk Manager Technical Reference Guide.

The primary object referenced by a Request is the cr object (table call_req). There are 18 fields (7 dropdown and 11 lookup) on the main Request form (detail_cr.htmpl) that reference other tables. This does not include the forms called by the main form which make up the tabs that you see.
