Retrive Tickets Activity Log using SOAP webservice

Dear All,

Our internal development team is integrating in-house application with CA Service Desk Manager 12.9 and integration is done successful. They are able to create tickets via their application. They want to see the activity logs of the tickets from their tool and which method will be used to retrieve the activity logs of the ticket.

You need to use the `doQuery` or `doSelect` SOAP calls on the `alg` object to get a list of activity log entries, filtering by the ID/PersID of the ticket.

If possible, Can you post the doSelect call . I was facing issues in where clause parsing.
